All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During this time, your chosen design is printed, framed, and carefully inspected before being securely packed for its journey to you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and your delivery location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your art arrives safely. Estimated delivery time after your order has shipped is typically 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
Packaging
Your framed prints are precious. We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is securely wrapped and placed in a sturdy box to prevent any damage during transit.
Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging and contact us immediately at thehouseofvasu@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us with your order details, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
